Service Description

This 2 hour session includes 1 hour for throwing on the pottery wheel, 15 minutes for a SHORT snack break, and 45 minutes for glazing. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup 2 weeks after the event. Price includes up to 2 pieces per guest and is suitable for up to 6 guests. YOU MUST READ OUR RESCHEDULING & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY We are able to accommodate up to half an hour tardiness. Staff are only available until the originally scheduled end of your event so PLEASE try to arrive up to 10-15 minutes early or by the scheduled time of your event at the very latest. There is plenty of parking but our entrance is on SHAW ST on the back side of the actual 325 Chelmsford St. building. If your entire group is not present within 10 minutes after your event time you will forfeit at least 1 piece of clay in order to stay within the allotted time frame of your event. There is NO ADDITIONAL TIME past the scheduled end of your event as our staff members are only available for that time period. We have a 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy under normal circumstances. In the event of needing to reschedule your event please reach out to the studio via info@potterymill.com ASAP. We are happy to reschedule but giving our instructors as early notice as possible is courteous and allows us to find you the soonest available dates for rescheduling your event. In the event of a no call/no show we will NOT offer future schedule times.
