Spring Cleaning (Member Aprons and Coats)
Talk about a massive pile of aprons ๐ฎโ๐จ in an effort to clear out abandoned coats and aprons we are implementing a new system so that we can tell if an apron is being actively used in the studio. Plus weโd like to keep some of our coat racks open for coats ๐ . If you have or plan to have an apron in the studio you are welcome to keep it on a hook but please follow the list below:
New aprons coming into the studio and being hung on either designated shelf NEED to have a name tag attached to the top loop. This should have your full name and shelf id on it so we can always tell who it belongs to.
Aprons that are already here have all been tagged and are hanging on the teal cart in the glaze room. Aprons that are not taken (and have name and id added) in the next month will be claimed by the studio for class or sale purposes.
If your name was on your apron I added that info too and hung it back up for you.
ALL APRONS MUST BE HUNG IN EITHER THE STAIRWELL OR HAND BUILDING ROOM. This was we have the wheel room and class room racks open for coats and bags.
Any coats that are here are next to the lost and found as most are at least several days old. Weโve had a coat here for over a year so consider adding your names to those too haha!
Also David has yet another kiln unloaded for you all
I'm excited. I'm always trying to wedge myself past a coat onto my shelf without getting clay on it.
