Hi, I’ve made coasters and flat ornaments for the first time and I’m wondering how I should prepare them for a glaze firing if I want to use the clear dip glaze. Is it possible to brush it on one side? Or do I need to hang it somehow?

I never glaze the backs of my flat pieces. I just dip the front in the clear glaze if I’m adding clear
