Are our glazes and clay bodies stovetop and oven safe? I want to make a Ttukbaegi, a Korean simmering clay pot that is supposed to sit on an open flame on low to make simmered dishes. Want to know if anyone has tried this or if it's a "nono". Thanks!

The thermal heat for the stovetop could make it crack not sure. I think it could be used on the oven. From my experience I always do the pre-heating with that dish and food. To prevent any cracks and thermal shock to the stostoneware. When you are done and ready to wash your piece make sure it has completely cool.
