Last call for Lowell Folk Festival!!
Dates and Times for our booth:
Saturday July 26th 12pm-7:30pm
Sunday July 27th 12pm-5pm
Located at 222 Merrimack Street.
There’s only 1 or 2 spots left and I’d love to fill the booth space up with your pottery!
A reminder that participating members must pack, label (including Member ID letter, Pot ID number, and Price), and deliver all of their pieces to the studio by the WEDNESDAY prior to the event and have it checked/approved by staff.
PLEASE FOLLOW OUR REGISTRATION STEPS IN ORDER WITH THE LINKS BELOW:
1) Fill out the Community Table Waiver https://waiver.fr/p-uGUi8
2) Purchase your shelf spots (This will look like you are booking class tickets, so you’ll need to select July 26th. Each “participant” is actually a shelf space.) https://www.potterymill.com/saleandeventregistration

4) Drop off pottery in OUR designated totes by July 23rd.
Lastly, I could REALLY use some company during the event! I’ll be there from 10-8 and 10-6 so some extra helping hands or break time help would mean a lot to me. Plus check out the festival!!! You are welcome to come help us set up and break down the sale or hang out with me during the sale so I’m not alone lol.
What is the best way to pack and label pieces? Do I wrap and pack pieces in my own tub and bring that in?
Do I put a regular price sticker, and then another one with the other information? Where on the pieces should I attach the labels?
Do You need to see the pieces before they get packed?
Should we include business cards, and how many would be enough?
