Hi guys. A few people have brought to our attention that we are having kiln cookie issues, either not in the box when looking for them, being taken off their shelf etc. I will say it is impossible for us to unload the kiln efficiently and leave kiln cookies under pieces, it is also inefficient and takes up to much space for hs to like stack each persons or anything. Knowing those two things I’d love to hear (kindly) feedback or suggestions that we can implement to improve getting kiln cookies back to you. If if you have anything to add on topic here please post below :)
