Can anyone help me know what I’m doing wrong? I’ve had this issue with the tenmoku gold with opal on top a few times now. I’m dipping to the count of three seconds for each of the two dips, I think I’ve mixed thoroughly and given plenty of time to dry between.

I love this combo but I’ve never dipped for 3 seconds, more just in and out, so I wonder if it’s too much glaze just pulling it down? maybe try less glaze but also as others have said it’s a little unpredictable
