Hi y’all! Few announcements:

1. Clean Up Day will be this Wednesday 2/26, starting 5pm (and it’s fine if you show up a little later, I have a feeling we’ll be done 7-7:30pm).

2. I have yet another glaze for y’all to try 😅 We’re trying to fix the Rose Quartz crawling problem, so please try out the sample bucket! I promise I’m working on test tiles :)

3. Glaze unloaded too. Hope the end of February treats you well ❤️
   

Hey potters, it’s that time again! Please select a date above for next week’s studio clean up night. It’s in your subscription paperwork that you will try to make at to at least some of the clean up events so please keep that in mind as we hold these nights monthly. Since the studio has been cleaning the floors monthly on our own we will be able to focus more on cleaning tables, tools, walls, sinks, and anything else that’s been a bit neglected!

Also I unloaded a bisque today, lots of class glaze is coming through this week so the line will be longer than most weeks.

Clean Up Day will be next Tuesday 12/17 @ 5pm. For all our new members, here’s how Clean Up Day goes: we’ll clean for about 2-3 hours throughout the studio; wheels, tables, tools, etc.. The more members that come and help, the quicker we get things done! If we don’t finish a task, we’ll leave a list on the whiteboard up in the wheel room.

Also bisque unloaded!

Well wipe down wheels and tables then mop the floor really well. Any hands on would be a huge help or I’m doin it alone!

Also a glaze just came out for you all, come get your pots so I have less to move up front 😋

Clean Up Day will be next Thursday 10/24 @ 5pm. We’ll be doing a huge clean out of the studio, and we ask that you come by and help out if you can make it. The more hands that come, the faster it goes for everyone!

I want you 🫵 to sign up for the Sidewalk Sale! I’d love to have a final headcount by the end of the week. Even if you don’t sign up give the flyer a share and come hand out 10-3 on the 29th! I’m also keeping our IG and Facebook up to date with the pottery those of you that have signed up are bringing so send me photos!

Lastly I’ll be ordering the tie dye day t shirts on the 25th so if you’re thinking about it you’ll want to order that ticket ASAP!

Thank you for everyone who came to help out super early yesterday and today and everyone from tonight! We finished cleaning in under two hours, because of all the additional help this morning and yesterday! There are no additional tasks to be completed so please just clean up after yourself every time you're in the studio which makes it easier for the next person because no one likes a crusty table.

Also, we found this random container of slip in the HB room. Can anyone tell me who's it is or why it was on an empty shelf?

Because attendance was lower than usual, we didn't get a chance to finish everything up.
